The goods and services shown below are those we can provide our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services.

The survivor of the deceased who is handling the funeral arrangements, or the responsible party, is entitled to receive, prior to the drafting of any contract, a copy of any agreement that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the deceased, and that is in the possession of the funeral establishment. Preferred Cremation and Burial is on file with The California Funeral Directors and Embalmers Board for (shared Facility) with Aztlan Funeral Home located at 7858 La Mesa Blvd. La Mesa Ca 91941 for the purpose of preparation of deceased human remains by means of embalming and refrigeration.
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff and Overhead..............................................................................................$670.00
Our services include: conducting the arrangement conference; planning the funeral; consulting with family and clergy; shelter of remains; preparing and filing of cemetery, crematory, or other third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of basic overhead cost. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)
